What is your return policy for online orders? (US)

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item or items, in the original condition that you received them, within sixty (60) days of your original purchase for a refund or replacement. In order to receive a refund, you must provide original proof of purchase. 

If an item is received damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped to you, please call us at 1-866-822-5571 so that we may assist you further.

We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.
