KID61-A Kidoki Hot-Cold Pack — Usage Instructions

COLD PACK
To use as cold pack: Place pack in freezer for at least 1 hour.

HEAT PACK
To use as heat pack: Microwave pack in 10-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat.

To clean, wash gently by hand. Do not machine wash.

IMPORTANT
Not suitable for children under 3.
Gel contains non-toxic material.
Discard if punctured or damaged.
For external use only.
