We stand behind our products if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition.
This is possible up to 14 days after receipt of your order, subject to our terms and conditions.
To return an item, you must email our customer service center at
europe@kikkerland.com (within 14 days of your purchase) and provide your order number (e.g., ORD12345EU) and you will be provided with all the necessary information for your return.
We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.
With return: once the product has arrived at our warehouse, you will get your money back within a maximum of five working days.
Return shipments are at your own expense. (In case you do return it because it does not fit your expectations).
We offer a 1 year warranty on all our products in addition to the statutory warranty.
