Sometimes your Rainbowmaker crystal may get stuck, it is a rare, yet tragic occurrence.
Don't worry too much! Just give the crystal a gentle twist clockwise.
It should continue spinning on its own.

I have two standing rainbowmakers that have been a cheerful addition to my mother’s nursing home window. One is a replacement for the first one, that had a stripped plastic gear. Now the newer one has a stripped gear! They both are the little yellow plastic gears. Do you supply replacement gears? They are expensive decorations, and they have brought so much joy! I'm super bummed my rainbow spinner stopped turning. White, yellow and orange gears click click click but do not engage all the all the gears. I've tried to gently spin metal piece crystal hangs from but no luck 😔
Any other suggestions?
I received my Rainbowmaker as a gift. The spinner has never spun, I get rainbows when the sun is shining but that is it. I tried twisting the crystal clockwise with no luck. Any other ideas?
Purchased a rainbow maker that sticks to the window for my go daughter as a Christmas present from Amazon. She only started to use it in March as she had her bedroom refurbished/ decorated and wanted to save it for that occasion. It has stopped working totally to her disappointment and my frustration. We have tried to turn jewel clockwise as suggested and checked the solar panel is clean. This has not worked. It is placed on a south facing window with plenty of of sunshine , so we know this is not the issue.
Please can you do anything to help us.
