Your Rainbowmaker may not be making its magical Rainbows for a few reasons, the usual suspects are:
-Lack of light
-Crystal gear jam
-Dust and Debris on solar panel

After two months, my rainbow maker stopped working. Nothing I can do to make it start (rotating, bright sun, etc). If I send it back to you can it be fixed? Or perhaps replaced. I do like it.
